A quick and easy marinade using The Spice Collective's Tandoori Masala. Add your favorite type of chicken - grill, bake, or air fry!
2 lbs of your favorite type of chicken:
Chicken breast - make deep cuts, 1” apart
Chicken thighs and legs - make deep cuts, 1" apart
1 ½ cups of yogurt
2-3 tbsp The Spice Collective's Tandoori Masala
1 tbsp garlic, crushed
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
Combine marinade ingredients in a large bowl, mix well
Add chicken pieces into marinade, coat well, cover and store in refrigerator for at least 4 hours (overnight is recommended). You can also transfer marinated chicken into a large ziploc bag to marinate.
Grill (place directly on grill or use skewers), or
Bake (400 degrees for 15 minutes, finish on broil for 5 minutes), or
Air Fry (350degrees for 15 minutes)
